From the hand of Borja de la Maza we present you our nutritional plans.

Borja studied a degree in Human Nutrition and Dietetics and then specialized in Sports Nutrition at the Complutense University of Madrid.

He is an anthropometrist by ISAK and, among others, has also done a course on specialization in food supplements.

He has been working in a high performance centre with water polo and triathlon athletes, and now works in several gyms.

He is passionate about sport in general and, of course, cycling in particular. That’s why he understands cyclists perfectly and his aim is to help them improve both in their day-to-day lives and in their performance.
