Phases in the organization of work

This is the summary of the phases through which the organization of the trainings passes:

1. Previous analysis of the athlete through the personal and sport curriculum.

2. Planning the calendar according to the cyclist’s objectives.
Annual planning is done to organize the work so that we can try to reach the main objective in the best possible way.

3. Objective evaluation of the cyclist: we need to carry out a physical evaluation of the sportsman or woman in order to be able to schedule training sessions on an individual basis.
This evaluation will be done through the results of a stress test that the cyclist provides previously (not included).
We will also carry out a field test that will either serve as a guide to guide intensities if we do not have a stress test, or will serve to complete the information of the stress test in real terrain.

4. Design of training adapted to the cyclist according to his availability, his current situation, his objectives and his particular needs.

5. Execution of the theoretical project based on all of the above.
